There is no single fixed timescale for every Glasgow bathroom. A straightforward replacement with minimal layout changes will usually be quicker than a full strip-out involving drainage changes, floor repairs, wall preparation, waterproofing, complex tiling and new ventilation or electrical work.
The sequence matters. The old room must be removed, hidden defects dealt with, plumbing and drainage set out, walls and floors prepared, wet areas waterproofed, finishes installed and fixtures fitted and tested. Rushing those stages can create problems that only appear after the room looks finished.
Doherty manages complete bathroom fit-outs, so the timescale should be agreed after the existing room and chosen layout are surveyed. The Glasgow bathroom installation page explains the measure, plan, fit-out and finish process used before a final handover.
