Sometimes, but two bathrooms make hot-water demand more important. A combi heats water as it is used, so its real-world performance depends on the boiler's hot-water output and, crucially, the flow available from the incoming mains.
If two showers or a shower and tap are likely to run at the same time, a standard combi may not deliver the experience you expect. A system boiler with a correctly sized cylinder can be more suitable for higher simultaneous demand, although it needs more space.
The number of bedrooms alone does not answer the question. The survey should look at water flow, outlet use and the household's routine. Doherty's Glasgow boiler installation page explains the trade-off between combi and cylinder-based systems and is the right place to start for a two-bathroom property.
